Destemming and crushing of the grapes, cold maceration of the grapes on the skins and subsequent soft pressing of the same. Followed by cold static decantation of the musts and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation with inoculation of selected yeasts.
